I mean, $24 drinks? Designer sunglasses? Are we watching tennis or auditioning for "Real Housewives of the Tennis Court"? 😂 And this buzz got me thinking about all the iconic drinks and snacks at sporting events. You know, the ones that make you go, “I could make this at home for a fraction of the price, but... tradition!”

⚾ Because nothing says “America's pastime” like caramel-coated popcorn and peanuts with a surprise toy inside. It’s been a ballpark favorite since 1908, immortalized in the classic “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” song!

PB & Chocolate Milkshake (The Masters Golf Tournament)

Who knew golfers had such a sweet tooth? Known as the “Georgia Peach,” this milkshake has been a tradition at Augusta National since the 1950s. Despite its nickname, it doesn't contain any peaches - just peanut butter and chocolate goodness!

Now, for those of us who can’t (or don’t want to) drop $24 on a single drink (hello, college fund!), here’s how to make your own Honey Deuce at home.
Our Honey Deuce Recipe (The “I Have Kids and a Mortgage” Version)
(Makes 1 serving)
1.5 oz vodka (or apple juice for the kiddos)
3 oz lemonade
0.5 oz raspberry liqueur (or grenadine for a non-alcoholic version)
Honeydew melon balls for garnish (if you’re going all the way)
Mix it all in a glass with ice, pop a melon ball on top, and voila! You're practically at the US Open... minus the crowds and celebrity sightings.
PS: Stay hydrated (responsibly). Also, if you make the Honey Deuce at home this weekend while watching the US Open, send us a pic! We promise not to judge if your melon balls aren’t perfectly spherical.
